Are you competing at SwissSkills 2025 and want to boost your confidence before the big event? We've got you covered! The association Service & Restaurant of Switzerland, part of Hotel & Gastro Union, is hosting a hands-on prep course just for you. We’re all about supporting your professional journey—whether it’s fair pay, solid working conditions, or career development. And this prep course is part of that mission!
This course is made up of three action-packed sessions to help sharpen your skills and give you insider tips & tricks from the pros. It’s not mandatory, but super helpful for anyone looking to level up.

We’ll practice everything with prepping dishes (flambéing, carving chicken…) under the guidance of expert Tamara Haab. Expect practical routines, smart workflows, and safety tips for smooth, clean work. And take on the opportunity to get inside tipps from Tamara – who also took part once in the SwissSkills
